Our mission is to certify web hosting companies worldwide and create a model for trust throughout the industry.

VeriHost’s objectives are to define a set of inclusive yet stringent industry standards that benefit hosting companies as well as consumers. The underlying philosophy is to create and sustain a competitive, innovative and quality driven industry that has been the trademark for web hosting. VeriHost is comprised of a Board of Directors with diverse backgrounds in technology, law, and business, who are responsible for overseeing the certification program for VeriHost membership. An independent CPA firm and web hosting evaluation firm validate membership applications.

VeriHost is dedicated to maintaining the free spirit of the internet and creating an environment which allows all quality web hosts, large or small, to prosper in a fair and unrestrictive industry. VeriHost members and the public are entitled to know how membership fees are used to further the interest of the hosting industry. Financial transparency is important to establish an atmosphere of trust and confidence and disclosure is essential. Consequently, financial statements and certification standards are published for public review.

If you have "clicked" on a VeriHost seal and arrived here, you will not find a comprehensive listing of VeriHost members. VeriHost has chosen not to list any member companies. Our rationale is that such a listing would make some companies hesitant to join VeriHost because potential customers would be able to view other hosting companies and "compare." VeriHost does not compare web hosting companies. We are committed to neutrality. Our objective is to certify that web hosting companies have met the VeriHost standards.
